The Water Department provides water and sewer service to approximately 900 homes in Shannon Hills. The city aquired the Water Dept. in 1993. The water Department employs 3 full time.

For Owners:

1. Recorded warranty deed.

2. Current valid driver license

3. $60.00 water deposit

For Renters:

1. Name, address and telephone number of landlord.

2. Current valid driver license.

3. $100.00 water deposit.

If you are buying your home on a lease to purchase, the deposit will be $100.00 unless you have a recorded waranty deed. Most lease to purchase agreements do not supply this. Deposits will be held until customers close their accounts.
